Following directions to create the sourdough starter...ended with a result that was as predicted and delighted the whole family

If I could give a million stars I would. Order came the DAY AFTER I ordered and had so many cute extra touches. Customer service is INSANE (good) and the starter is crazy active. I baked a huge loaf three days after receiving it!

This starter is great. The instructions to get it started and maintaining it are clear and helpful. The recipe card has never failed me either and makes a great final product (and is very forgiving in my experience as a beginner). Highly recommend all around.

Came quickly and no damage to the box. Havent opened it to check it out or start making sourdough. I will post that when it happens.

My 2nd review on this Starter! Glad to contribute. The Starter performs great. Just like they say it will. The recipes work beautifully. I am a newbie to sourdough and I am on my 4th order. 2 were for friends, 2 were for me and my first one is going great guns! I have a spare to travel with me which I have not activated yet. I might take it with me to my sisters house on a visit or I might just mail it to another friend in need. My recent order was the nice Starter pack for my friend who lives in the mountains. It comes with the WECK jar, a Spurtle, the Starter and the recipes etcS. All packed in a nice box.he should be getting it soon and I know she will love it. Shoot, I should order one of those for me with the Weck Jar and the Spurtle!!! I want one too!!!

The weck jar I received had a chip in the top. I let the company know and they kindly gave me an option of a new weck jar or a partial refund. They were very punctual and very fair.

The super starter has worked out really well for me. I have baked several loaves of sourdough, and each has come out very well.
